Our program

Only one week left until our Mallorca retreat. Today, we’re delighted to share our full retreat program with you, as well as introduce our Ro.Community WhatsApp group, where you can connect with the beautiful group of women you will be joining the retreat with.

Think of the program as a gentle invitation rather than something to strictly follow — allow yourself to move with your own energy and needs as each day unfolds.

We cannot wait to press pause together on this beautiful island and guide you to find your balance between softness and strength, and to connect with ourselves and each other in this magical place. The forecast for Deià is looking lovely, with warm autumn days around 20–23°C, filled with sunshine, and a few clouds drifting by. We hope the weather goddess with us so we can enjoy the island’s beauty to the fullest.

Arrival Day (28.10.)

A gentle arrival on island to settle in and exhale.

16:00 — Check-in & settle into your space
17:30 — Opening Pilates session to arrive in your body
19:00 — Welcome dinner shared in community
20:30 — Yin Yoga & Opening Circle

Day 1 (29.10.)

This day invites us to begin building strength through Pilates, explore the charming Deià, and flow into the afternoon. We’ll close the day by integrating our experiences with a soothing Yin and Yoga Nidra session. A wholesome balance of movement, rest, and connection.

Day 2 (30.10.)

This day focus on deep rest, nourishment, and self-care. A time to slow down and be supported by the serenity of our retreat home.

11:00 — Nourishing brunch
Afternoon — Press Pause
16:00 — Pilates & Sunset Views

Day 3 (31.10.)

Following a calm day of rest and renewal, we’ll step out to enjoy the surrounding nature and celebrate in community. A closing to find your balance between softness and strength, guided and grounded by the earth beneath us.

Departure day (1.11.)

We’ll close our retreat with an early mindful movement session, followed by a final beautiful brunch overlooking the ocean — sharing our last moments together.
